Labeled as a Friend

The waves will never wash away the pain

The sun will never burn out the memories

The tears once shed will leave a stain

We can no longer dance in the rain

The nights you held me close to your heart

I wish that I could just forget

Because you had already aimed your dart

Before we even had a start

Maybe it was just a game to you

It was nothing less than real to me

Now tell me what I’m supposed to do

I don’t know where to turn to.

I have a list of all the things my life has lost

I never thought I’d find your name there too

I never registered the cost

Your heart was never more than a bit of frost

I guess this is our end

We can wait it out

So our hearts can mend

Before you’re labeled as just my friend

Happy Veterans Day!

Happy Veterans Day! I just want to say thank you to all of the veterans that have fought for the U.S. Today is your day to be recognized! Without the veterans, we wouldn't have a lot of things that we do have today. I think that we should all be grateful for them. Do any of you have veterans in your family? Maybe you know a veteran but they aren't in your family? My dad and my grandpa are veterans. Have you thanked a vet yet?

There this neat little website called StumbleUpon. It's awesome and I highly recommend you guys look into it! StumbleUpon helps you discover and share great websites. Everytime you click "Stumle" something new comes up that you might be intersted in. When you sign up for StumleUpon you pick from over a thousand catagories that you might be intersted. (Photography, Poetry, Music, etc.)

How does it work?

StumbleUpon uses a like or dislike rating system. This system helps them collaborate opionions on website quailty. You also can post things you like on Facebook, Twitter, etc. with one little click on the top of the Stumble page.
